Debugging in languages with REP loops
Bill Clementson summarized a bunch of discussion on how to debug programs in Common Lisp. Some of the insights are also applicable to Python debugging. I know that I'm just as likely to try and debug Python code at the REP loop (especially with something like IPython) as I am to fire up Wing (although I do use Wing's ability to access the REP loop from the debugger frequently).
