Eclipse 3.0M4 is out
Changes are here.
Lots of new refactorings, and improved integration with CVS. The ability to edit files outside the workspace.

Have you used it yet? Is it stable enough to move from 2.1.1? I am particularly interested in 2.1.1 plugin compatibility.

I haven't tried it yet, but I used the 2.1M series without difficulty. I may get to it in the next few days...
