Looking for some interesting Lithuanian dish, I asked a Lithuanian some years ago what typical Lithuanian food was. Answer: "Meat and potatoes!" Oh well. In fact some of their potato "pancakes" are quite nice. Last year I discovered Lithuanians in fact can do interesting things with food: pigs ears. They're a snack. I haven't dared trying them. The waitresses tend to be a bit.. abrupt though. But then I had a pretty and shy one ask me whether I wanted a kiss! This was a brand of apple cider, though. See you in Vilnius!
